Program NotesWell in her 90's my Grandmother passed away peacefully in late spring of 2011, after her entire lifetime suffering from political torture and violence. For this I composed my most sentimental piece of music - the 10-minute requiem for String Orchestra. I believe the piece would be a good choice of Memorial cases among all venues and orchestras.
